In Pieterjan Bulteel's role, direct contact with customers is important to find out about their needs, which are then developed into new solutions together with other Petersime teams, such as R&D, engineering, marketing, sales and more.
"My job has evolved a lot since joining Petersime five years ago," Pieterjan said. "I like the fact that innovation is always the common thread and focus throughout our work. There is plenty of flexibility to introduce new ideas and set projects in motion," he added.
“I also really enjoy the international aspect of Petersime. We all get to work with people of different nationalities and cultures, which I appreciate a lot.”
